Wuri Moyeong Nolgae Massim (team building program) is a form of recreation and is composed of the naturally dyed scarf making experience, team-based missions, and final ceremony with the aim of controlling in-company stress, minimizing conflicts among colleagues, enhancing work efficiency, and improving mutual understanding.
Time required : 3-6 hours (Program hours can be adjusted)
Number of participants : Possible to accommodate 30 people or more (Team building + Jeju’s traditional refreshments)
The program can be adjusted depending on requests, and other various experience programs can be replaced.
Through the process of making a naturally dyed scarf, participants develop the capabilities to experience the traditional dyeing process and team-based communication skills.
By conducting team-based missions and games that build cooperation and consideration, conflicts among colleagues are minimized. By improving mutual understanding through these activities, work efficiency can be enhanced.
By completing team-building work and holding the final ceremony, participants can share visions and improve not only work efficiency, but also their morale.
The reception provides an opportunity to enjoy the tastes of Jeju's traditional and unique dishes and tea such as bingtteok, omegitteok, gwajeung, and tangerines.
